KLAAS fauteuil
KLAAS is een ‘open stoel’. Ontwerper Floris Hovers: “Je kunt aflezen hoe de constructie van KLAAS in elkaar steekt. Ik heb geen schroeven en geen lijm gebruikt, maar een spantouw. KLAAS is een lowtech stoel, wat haaks staat op de huidige hightech-ontwikkelingen. Het mag er zijn, het eenvoudige denken in een wereld die best ingewikkeld is. KLAAS is verhelderend, nuchter. De constructie van KLAAS doorstaat de tijd.”
KLAAS is een compacte stoel met een fauteuil-gevoel die zich thuisvoelt in elke omgeving, of dat nou een woonkamer of kantoor is.
De fauteuil is gemaakt van berkenmultiplex, de stoffen (Tonus) zijn van Kvadrat. Floris Hovers heeft 3 kleurcombinaties uitgekozen, roestbruin, geel en groen. Eigen kleuren zijn uiteraard mogelijk (op aanvraag).
KLAAS is an 'open chair'. Designer Floris Hovers: “You can see how KLAAS' construction works. I did not use screws or glue, but a tension rope. KLAAS is a low-tech chair, which is at odds with current high-tech developments. It may be there, the simple thinking in a world that is quite complicated. KLAAS is enlightening, down-to-earth. The construction of KLAAS stands the test of time.”
KLAAS is a compact chair with an armchair feel that feels at home in any environment, be it a living room or office.
The armchair is made of birch plywood, the fabrics (Tonus) are from Kvadrat. Floris Hovers has selected 3 color combinations, rust brown, yellow and green. Own colors are of course possible (on request).
